- The Manta Room comes with two large twin beds, 2 trundle beds, full bath, Dream Cable TV, small refrigerator and a sitting area.
- The Manta Room is a No-Smoking Unit.

- There is an outside shower and laundry area at the side of the units for the use of the Guests.
- There is a swimming pool for use of the guests and this pool has a deep area at one end (10 feet deep) for use for diver instructional purposes.
- Cleaning tanks are available next to the outside shower for your diving gear.
- There is ample parking by the units.
- No Pets are allowed without prior notice and approval of Owners.
